Michelle has worked in many different dental positions over her 30-year career. She understands both clinical and administrative challenges due to her experience in various roles. This invaluable understanding helps her to effectively guide dental teams through obstacles to celebrate achievements.


With a passion for guiding dentists to be great leaders and successful entrepreneurs, her enthusiasm to her clients is evident. She faces challenges head on and has created success story after success story. Michelle has been affectionately dubbed the “Dental Wizard” and once you begin working with her, you’ll understand why!


Dentistry is not Michelle’s only passion, however. She is supported by Phillip and Gracie-her cat and French Bulldog, respectively! When she is not working, she can be found cheering on her daughter Karli at figure skating competitions.
